For a new dog park, the proposed artwork creates a welcoming,  immersive experience. With its outsized personality and fun attitude, the Scottish Terrier sculpture will be “woven” from strips of bronze metal and sculpted by Michael Stutz. The project is scheduled to be installed in 2025.
